Returns
Introduction
At Grace of Awadh, we aim to provide you with premium handcrafted products. If you wish to return an item, please read the following carefully.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are allowed if:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused and in original condition with packaging intact.
- The product received was defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.
Products not eligible for return:
- Personalized/customized products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Used, washed, or altered products.
Proof Requirement – Unboxing Video
- A continuous unboxing video must be provided as proof for return claims.
- Video must show the sealed parcel, opening process, and defect/mismatch.
Return Timeline
- Request Window: 7 days from delivery.
- Review: Within 2–3 business days.
- Processing: Refund or exchange initiated after product inspection within 7–10 business days.
Return Process
1. Raise a request by emailing support@graceofawadh.com with order details and unboxing video.
2. Ship the product back to the provided address (customer bears cost unless product is defective/wrong).
3. Once inspected, refund/exchange/store credit will be issued.
Important Notes
- Returns without unboxing video proof may not be accepted.
- Courier delays outside our control will not affect our policy timelines.
