Exchanges
Introduction
We want you to love your purchase. If your product doesn’t meet expectations, you may request an exchange as per the terms below.
Eligibility for Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed if:
- Request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Product is unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- Returned in original packaging with tags intact.
- Wrong size/color/item was delivered, or the item is defective/damaged.
Products not eligible for exchanges:
- Customized/personalized items.
- Clearance/final sale items.
- Washed/used/altered products.
- Products damaged due to mishandling by customer.
Proof Requirement – Unboxing Video
- Exchanges for damaged, defective, or wrong items require a continuous, unedited unboxing video.
- Video must show parcel condition, seal, and the defect clearly.
- Requests without valid video proof may be rejected.
Exchange Timeline
- Request Window: 7 days from delivery.
- Review: Within 2–3 business days.
- Dispatch of Replacement: Within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Exchange Process
1. Email support@graceofawadh.com with order number, reason, and unboxing video.
2. We confirm eligibility and provide the return shipping address.
3. Customer sends back product (shipping paid by customer unless defective/incorrect).
4. We inspect and ship the replacement or issue store credit.
Important Conditions
- One exchange request per order only.
- If replacement is of higher value, customer pays the difference.
- If lower, balance is issued as store credit (valid 6 months).
- Customer must pack securely to prevent transit damage.
Company Discretion
Grace of Awadh reserves the right to:
- Reject exchange requests not meeting policy.
- Modify this Exchange Policy without notice.
