Refunds Policy

Introduction
At Grace of Awadh, we take pride in our handmade products and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, if your order does not meet expectations, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product.
- The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The order was paid for but not delivered due to our error.
- A duplicate payment was made due to technical issues.

Refunds will not be issued if:
- Products were used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Products are returned without original packaging/tags.
- Products are customized or personalized.
- Orders were delayed due to courier/logistics issues beyond our control.
- Incorrect address/contact details were provided by the customer.

Proof Requirement – Unboxing Video
- Customers must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video taken while opening the parcel to claim refunds.
- The video must clearly show:
  • The sealed parcel before opening.
  • The process of unboxing.
  • The product inside and the issue (damage/defect/wrong item).
- Photos alone will not be accepted as proof.
- Refund requests without valid unboxing video proof may be rejected.

Refund Timeline
- Request Window: Refunds must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
- Review: Requests reviewed within 2–3 business days.
- Processing: Approved refunds initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Bank/Credit Delays: May take an additional 2–4 working days depending on your bank/payment provider.

Refund Process
1. Email support@graceofawadh.com with your order number and reason for refund.
2. Attach the unboxing video and relevant details.
3. Our support team will verify and approve/reject the request.
4. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Important Notes
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment source.
- Courier/shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective/incorrect.
- Partial refunds may apply in case of multiple items.

Company Discretion
Grace of Awadh reserves the right to:
- Make the final decision on refund eligibility.
- Modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
